Join us for a one-day event designed exclusively for SmartPath users from academic institutions. This meeting will focus on user stories, best practices, and a roadmap overview from the Mountain Pass Leadership Team.

The day will provide ample opportunities to network with peers and discuss the future of faculty lifecycle management.

Agenda Highlights:

  • User Stories and Case Studies: Real-world examples and success stories from fellow SmartPath users.
  • SmartPath Roadmap Overview: Insights into upcoming features and enhancements from the Mountain Pass Leadership Team.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with peers, share experiences, and build professional relationships.

Networking Reception: The day concludes with a networking reception at 5:30 PM, providing a relaxed environment to continue conversations and forge new connections.

Hotel Reservations

We have arranged a special room rate for attendees at Saint John’s Resort.

Please note that there are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible. All reservations must be made by Sunday, October 6, 2024, to secure the special rate.

Note: Rooms are limited and must be reserved prior to the deadline.

Registration Details:

  • Early-Bird Registration Fee: $300 per attendee (for registrations paid before September 20)
  • Standard Registration Fee: $350 per attendee (for registrations between September 21 and October 4)
  • Deadline: October 4, 2024
